Return Policy
U.S. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns shipped back after 30 days will not be eligible for any refund.
Once your return is approved, it must be shipped within 5 days - otherwise, the return request will be void.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, garment bags, and packaging must be intact
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
All returned items are subject to inspection. Approval of your return request does not guarantee a refund. If the item is found to be damaged, worn, or otherwise does not meet our policy criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return.
To initiate a return, email us at contact@senselconcept.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. Please use the original packaging to return the item and drop off the parcel at your nearest service point for the designated carrier.
Return Shipping Fee
A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unclaimed Parcels
Unclaimed parcels are not considered valid returns. If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed, a $20 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the preferred item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@senselconcept.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos to help us assist you more efficiently
Return Processing & Refunds
Please allow up to 14 days for return processing after your item has been received and inspected. Once approved, you'll receive an email notification of your refund. Please allow 7-21 business days for your bank to credit the refund to your original payment method or store credit (if requested).
